Shipping Policy

D’Arka Ensemble offers free shipping on all orders above 5000 INR! As of now, we offer pan-India delivery. After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order receipt. When your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via. email which will have your Tracking Number. Shipping on all orders will take an estimate period of 6-9 days. Due to COVID-19, kindly anticipate delays in shipping and deliveries. We’re working closely with our carriers to ensure you receive your deliveries.

Returns & Cancellations

We do not accept returns on all orders. An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. However, cancellation of an order will not be possible after it has been dispatched.

Refunds will take an estimate time period of 14 days.
